Aircraft Equipment definition

Aircraft Equipment means an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance or spare part (as each of these terms is defined in section 40102 of title 49 of the United States Code), including all records and documents relating to such equipment that are required under the terms of any applicable security agreement, lease or conditional sale contract to be surrendered or returned in connection with the surrender or return of such equipment, that is leased to, subject to a security interest granted by or conditionally sold to one of the Debtors.
Aircraft Equipment means an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance or spare part (and includes all records and documents relating to such equipment that are required, under the terms of the security agreement, lease, or conditional sale contract, to be surrendered or returned in connection with the surrender or return of such equipment) that is leased to, subject to a security interest granted by or conditionally sold to, one of the Debtors.
Aircraft Equipment means any and all aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller, appliance, spare part and such other equipment and related records and documents as described in section 1110(a)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • International Registry Each of the Existing Trustee, the New Trustee and the Beneficiary shall cooperate to make any and all registrations with the International Registry to carry out the purpose and intent of the assignment and transfer of the Aircraft Equipment, and expressly consents to such registration(s) with respect to the Aircraft Equipment.

  • With effect from the Effective Time, the Existing Trustee assigns and transfers to the New Trustee all of its rights, title and interest in, to and under the Transferred Trustee Interest (including the Aircraft Equipment, if any, identified in Schedule 3 (Aircraft Equipment) and any other Aircraft Equipment), and the New Trustee accepts such assignment and transfer.

  • Each of the Existing Trustee, the New Trustee and the Beneficiary shall cooperate to file this Instrument and any other applicable document or instrument with the FAA for recordation for the purposes of deregistering the FAA Registered Aircraft Equipment and reregistering the FAA Registered Aircraft Equipment in the name of the New Trustee.


More Definitions of Aircraft Equipment

Aircraft Equipment means articles, including first-aid and survival equipment and commissary supplies, but not spare parts or stores, for use on board an aircraft during flight.
Aircraft Equipment means: the aircraft equipment from time to time identified in Schedule 3 (Aircraft Equipment); and any other aircraft equipment comprising an aircraft, aircraft engine or helicopter legally owned by the Trustee as trustee of the GATS Trust from time to time, including, in each case, each part thereof (whether or not installed on such aircraft equipment) and any and all Aircraft Equipment Documents relating to such aircraft equipment.
Aircraft Equipment means any and all parts, accessories and assemblies for any helicopter, including any and all avionics, furnishings, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, components, communication and radar equipment, main rotor blades, engines, transmissions, main rotor heads, tail rotor assemblies, intermediate gear boxes, servo actuators, nodal beams, skid tubes, cockpit voice recorders and other equipment of any kind or nature whatsoever (whether consumable, repairable or non-repairable, spare parts or otherwise), whether or not incorporated or installed in, attached to or forming part of any helicopter at a particular time, but for the avoidance of doubt, does not include Inventory.
Aircraft Equipment means Aircraft engines and other aircraft-related equipment (including, without limitation, whole Aircraft).
Aircraft Equipment means any and all parts, accessories and assemblies for any helicopter, including any and all avionics, furnishings, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, components, communication and radar equipment, main rotor blades, engines, transmissions,
