Airbus CBT definition

Airbus CBT means the combination of the Airbus CBT Software and the Airbus CBT Courseware.

Examples of Airbus CBT in a sentence

  • The Airbus CBT Software and Airbus CBT Courseware and their contents are designated as confidential.

  • The Buyer shall not take any commercial advantage by copy or presentation to third parties of the Airbus CBT Software, the documentation, the Airbus CBT Courseware, and/or any rearrangement, modification or copy thereof.

  • Use of the Airbus CBT is limited to the number of copies delivered by the Seller to the Buyer and to the medium on which the Airbus CBT is delivered.

  • Should the Airbus CBT be found to contain any non-conformity or defect, the Buyer shall promptly notify the Seller thereof and the sole and exclusive liability of the Seller under this Clause 8.1 shall be to correct the same at its own expense.

  • The Airbus CBT Licence is personal to the Buyer, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

  • The Airbus CBT Software and Airbus CBT Courseware, the copyrights and any and all other author rights, intellectual, commercial or industrial proprietary rights of whatever nature in the Airbus CBT Software and Airbus CBT Courseware are and shall remain with the Seller and/or its Affiliates or suppliers, as the case may be.

  • The Buyer acknowledges the Seller’s proprietary rights in the Airbus CBT and undertakes not to disclose the Airbus CBT Software or Airbus CBT Courseware or parts thereof or their contents to any third party without the prior written consent of the Seller.

  • Notwithstanding the above, specific rights as detailed hereafter shall be granted for respectively the Airbus CBT Software and the Airbus CBT Courseware.

  • In such cases, the Buyer shall advise the Seller in writing of the number of copies made and shall cause its employees to strictly comply with the conditions of use and the confidentiality provisions of this Airbus CBT Licence.

  • The Buyer shall be permitted to copy the Airbus CBT Software for back-up and archiving purposes and for loading of the Airbus CBT Software exclusively on the Buyer’s workstations or Server, as applicable.

Related to Airbus CBT

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

  • Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
