Agreement to Mediate definition

Agreement to Mediate means an agreement to mediate, such agreement being in the form set out in Annex D;

Agreement to Mediate means an agreement in writing executed by the parties and the mediator, to mediate any dispute or conduct assisted deal- making, specifying the appointment of mediator, role and obligation of parties and mediator and the mediation process.

Agreement to Mediate means a written agreement to mediate executed by the parties establishing the terms and conditions of the mediation, which may include provisions specifying the extent to which mediation communications will be confidential.

More Definitions of Agreement to Mediate

Agreement to Mediate means an agreement made pursuant to Article 3(4) of this Decision; and

Agreement to Mediate refers to this agreement.

Agreement to Mediate means a contract to mediate, prepared by Trust Mediation for the Participants, their Representatives, the Mediator and Non‐ Participants attending the Mediation, to be executed prior to the commencement of the Mediation, containing various provisions relating to the process of Mediation, confidentiality, privilege, without prejudice, liability, duties and obligations of the Participants to each other, to the Mediator and to Trust Mediation. The Rules are attached to the Agreement to Mediate.
