Agreement Term definition

Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

Agreement Term means the period of time commencing on the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is terminated sooner as provided in Article 16, expiring on the date when no royalty or other payment obligations under this Agreement are or will become due.

Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Examples of Agreement Term in a sentence

• During the Agreement Term, the Borrower/Grantee will at all times use the Project for the benefit of the Borrower/Grantee and the public it serves.

• SI&A will issue Authentication Credentials for new Authorized Users during the Agreement Term.

• During the Agreement Term, the Grantee shall observe and comply promptly with all applicable federal, State and local laws and regulations affecting the Project, and all current and future orders of all courts and agencies of the State having jurisdiction over the Project and matters related to the Project.

• The Grantee will maintain its legal identity and existence for the Agreement Term, unless another political subdivision by operation of law succeeds to the liabilities, rights, and duties of the Grantee without adversely affecting to any substantial degree the privileges and rights of the NMFA.

• Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 9(j), (1) SI&A will invoice District for Fees owing within the Agreement Term and District shall pay the full invoice amount within thirty (30) days after receipt of SI&A’s invoice and (2) District will have ten (10) days to download and/or print all District Information (which is defined in Section 16.b below), which is not intertwined with any SI&A Confidential Information (which is defined in Section 9.a above).

More Definitions of Agreement Term

Agreement Term means the period commencing on the Agreement Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) the Agreement Regular Termination Date or (ii) the date this Agreement terminates pursuant to Section 8. The “Agreement Regular Termination Date” means the third anniversary of the Agreement Effective Date, provided, however, that commencing on the first anniversary of the Agreement Effective Date, and on each subsequent anniversary (such date and each subsequent anniversary shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Renewal Date”), unless this Agreement is previously terminated, the Agreement Regular Termination Date shall be automatically extended for three years from the latest Renewal Date, unless at least one month prior to the latest Renewal Date, the Company shall give notice to the Executive in accordance with Section 11(c) of this Agreement that the Agreement Regular Termination Date shall not be so extended.

Agreement Term shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue through December 31, 2001, subject to the following:

Agreement Term means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, as the case may be.

Agreement Term means the period of time beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 2005, unless this Agreement has been previously terminated as provided in Section 10(f). The Company may in its complete and sole discretion, at any time and from time to time, extend the Agreement Term by giving a written notice to the Executive; provided, however, that if an agreement has been executed by the Company or any of its affiliates that contemplates a transaction that will be a Change in Control when consummated, the Agreement Term will be automatically extended until the earlier of the date of such consummation or the termination of such agreement prior to any such consummation.

Agreement Term has the meaning given to it in Section 1.6;

Agreement Term shall begin on the Agreement Date and shall continue through December 31, 2008. As of December 31, 2008, and on each December 31 thereafter, the Agreement Term shall automatically be extended for one additional year unless, not later than the preceding June 30, either party shall have given notice that such party does not wish to extend the Agreement Term. If a Change in Control shall have occurred during the Agreement Term (as it may be extended from time to time), the Agreement Term shall continue for a period ending on the two-year anniversary of the date of the Change in Control, but if the Termination Date (as defined below) occurs during that two-year period, then the Agreement Term shall continue until the end of the Severance Period (as defined below). Unless the Termination Date occurs during the two-year period after a Change in Control so that the Agreement Term is extended to include the Severance Period, as provided in the immediately preceding sentence, the Agreement Term shall not extend beyond the two-year anniversary of the Change in Control.

Agreement Term shall also include any renewal period under the foregoing provisions of this paragraph 1(e).
