Agreement Product definition

Agreement Product means any product containing an Agreement Compound, including, without limitation, products for the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment or prevention of diseases and conditions in human beings or animals.

Agreement Product means Collaboration Product or Licensed Product, as the context requires.

Agreement Product means the one product made of hylan B and called by Biomatrix Hylaform(R), the specifications for which are set forth on Exhibit A, for use in the correction of wrinkles and depressed scars.
