Agreement on the European Economic Area definition

Agreement on the European Economic Area. ’ means the Agreement on the European Economic Area between the European Communities, their Member States and the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Swiss Confeder- ation, as published in the Official Journal of the European Communities (OJ L1/9 of 3rd January, 1994).
Agreement on the European Economic Area means the Agreement on the European Economic Area between the European Union, its Member States and the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Norway as published in the Official Journal of the European Communities (O.J. No. L1, 03.01.1994, page 3);
Agreement on the European Economic Area means the Agreement that was signed in Oporto on 2 May 1992 and was amended by the Protocol signed in Brussels on 17 March 1993, as this agreement may be amended or superseded from time to time;
