Agreement on Textiles and Clothing definition

Agreement on Textiles and Clothing means the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing, contained in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Agreement on Textiles and Clothing. ’ means the Agreement on Textiles and Cloth- ing referred to in section 101(d)(4) of the Uru- guay Round Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. 3511(d)(4)).
