Agreement of Limited Partnership definition

Agreement of Limited Partnership means the limited partnership agreement of each Guarantor by and among its general partner and its limited partners.

Agreement of Limited Partnership. The Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Seller, dated as of November 1, 1995, as at any time amended or modified.
