Agreed Tolerance definition

Agreed Tolerance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c).
Agreed Tolerance shall have the meaning given to such term in the relevant Work Contract.

  • Quantities forecast in a Semi-Binding Forecast may not be (i) reduced or increased by more than the Agreed Tolerance or (ii) accelerated or delayed without the written consent of Allergan.
