Agreed Specification definition

Agreed Specification means any agreed solution specification, technical specification, functional specification, configuration specification and/or other agreed specification documents, applicable to the respective deliverable hereunder, as set forth or referred to in the applicable SoW; the applicable order of precedence being that any Agreed Specification shall take precedence over any requirement specification and the newest version of any Agreed Specification shall take precedence over older versions.

Examples of Agreed Specification in a sentence

  • Where a request for change is made by the Customer, the Supplier shall within seven (7) days of receipt of the change request inform the Customer in writing of any change to the Agreed Specification, any increase or decrease in costs and any change to the estimated time schedule or inform the Customer that such requested change is not possible or unreasonable to execute.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.
