Agreed Budget definition

Agreed Budget means the budget agreed between the Parties in respect of the use of the Subscription Proceeds by the Group, as set out in Schedule 1 (Agreed Budget) and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 8 (Agreed Budget).
Agreed Budget means the maximum budget figure contained in the Proposal to carry out the Development Works at the Property, together with all professional fees and taxes related thereto (and shall include all amendments to the Agreed Budget delivered by MI after the date of this Agreement which have been approved by the Board, or, where such amendments are deemed by the Board to be material, which have been approved by the Shareholders as a Special Resolution);

More Definitions of Agreed Budget

Agreed Budget means the budget agreed in accordance with schedule 1 and attached as Annexure A.
Agreed Budget shall have the meaning set forth in the DIP Facility. “Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble. “Allocation Schedule” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
