Agreed Act definition

Agreed Act refers to a thing or things agreed to, consented to or supported under clause 7.1 and clause 7.2. "Agreed Act Certificate" is defined in the Participation Agreement.
Agreed Act means the grant, variation, extension or renewal of any Approval which Lotus Creek acting reasonably, considers necessary or desirable or beneficial for the undertaking of the Project on any part of the ILUA Area, including any Approval granted under legislation including, but not limited to:
Agreed Act means all acts necessary to give effect to this agreement including – (a) the grant of the Proposed ALA [Aboriginal Land Act 1991 (Qld)] Area as Aboriginal Land to the Land Trust; and (b) the grant of any Mining Lease Areas and any Mining Application Areas as Aboriginal Land to the Trust or Corporation; and (c) the Land Trust and the Holders of ML2874 and ML7408 and the applicant for ML20322 entering into the Access Route Agreement; and (d) the Land Trust and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx entering into the Airstrip Agreement.

  • Without limiting clause 8.1, KNAC and the Nyiyaparli People agree with, consent to and support and continue to agree with, consent to and support the reliance on and the conduct by RTIO Entities of all activities required, permitted or contemplated by each Agreed Act, including as Modified.

  • Agreed Acts means any of the following:-

  • Agreed Allocation means any allocation, other than a Required Allocation, of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1, including a Curative Allocation (if appropriate to the context in which the term “Agreed Allocation” is used).

  • Prohibited Action means an action of the Client as defined under paragraph 10.1 of this Client Agreement. A Prohibited Action constitutes an event of Default giving the Company the right to take action under paragraph 14.2 of this Client Agreement.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
