AGM Members definition

AGM Members means those bodies or persons entitled to attend and vote at the AGM or EGM of the Association in accordance with these Rules;

  • These new rules shall be available on the FAI website and circulated by electronic mail within this timeframe.If, for any reason, changes to rules are required to be implemented in a shorter time period, the President shall advise those present of the effective date of the new rules and all AGM Members shall be notified of the effective date of the new rules within twenty four (24) hours of the EGM at which such rule changes were passed.

  • All AGM Members must submit, in writing, to the Chief Executive Officer, the names of its representatives at the AGM, not later than fourteen (14) calendar days before the AGM or four (4) calendar days for an EGM.

  • The Chief Executive Officer shall inform the AGM Members of The Association of the time, date and venue of the forthcoming AGM, at least twenty-one (21) calendar days in advance of same or seven (7) calendar days for an EGM.

  • It shall be open to those persons to submit amendments to the Chief Executive by registered post.4. The Board shall have the right to submit alterations to the Rules to the AGM of the Association or to an EGM convened for the purpose of amending the Rules.5. Proposed alterations, amendments and addenda shall be submitted to the AGM Members by post and or electronic mail with the notice convening the AGM no later than one calendar month before the AGM, and seven (7) days for an EGM.

  • During the AGM, Members may access the electronic copy of the Register of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel and their shareholding maintained under Section 170 of the Act and the Register of Contracts and Arrangements in which Directors are interested maintained under Section 189 of the Act.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.
