Aging Reports definition

Aging Reports mean those certain reports regarding the aging of Accounts Receivable that are provided by Seller to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit J, which sets forth the Aging Report as of June 23, 2003 for the Florida System and the Aging Report as of June 30, 2003 for the California System.
Aging Reports. A report detailing past due amounts.  Automated Clearing House (ACH): Payments made electronically to move money from one financial institution to another. This is a standard practice within banking.
Aging Reports means those reports prepared by Borrowers listing Borrowers' Account balances (and the number of days each such Account balance is outstanding) as well as their accounts payable (and the number of days each such payable is outstanding), all as of the last day of each month, which balances Borrower shall represent and warrant as being calculated in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (including a reasonable provision for uncollectibility) and which shall be presented in an aging format acceptable to the Agent and shall include the status of all disputes, lawsuits, and delinquent Accounts over $100,000.

Related to Aging Reports

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Receiving report means the data required by the clause at 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Periodic Reports means the Company’s (i) Annual Reports on Form 10-K, (ii) any Quarterly Report to be filed on Form 10-Q and (iii) all other financial reports required to be filed by the Company with the Commission under applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, Regulation S-K) for so long as any amounts are outstanding under this Debenture or any Other Debenture; provided that all such Periodic Reports shall include, when filed, all information, financial statements, audit reports (when applicable) and other information required to be included in such Periodic Reports in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

  • Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit IX hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to clause (i) of Section 8.5.

  • Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Seller Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.

  • Borrower Financial Statements has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(a).

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.
