Aggregation Service definition

Aggregation Service means a facility where a group of individual Accounts with a common connection, for example branch and regional offices linked to a Head Office, who share terms for those Accounts, are aggregated for interest and charging purposes.
Aggregation Service means an online account aggregation or personal financial management service that retrieves, consolidates, organizes, and presents your accounts for the purpose of allowing you to view your accounts with an Aggregator in a single location. An Aggregation Service does not include a personal financial management and account aggregation feature or service that we may offer through Online or Mobile Banking.

Available Balance is the Ledger Balance minus any holds placed on your Account, including authorization holds for pending Card transactions, any hold we have placed on your Account to comply with court orders or other legal requirements, and holds for any other reason, including suspected fraud and pending transactions, such as ACH transactions. Xxxx Pay is our BMO Xxxxxx Xxxx Pay® Service, which enables you to use your personal computer or Eligible Mobile Device to make onetime or recurring xxxx payments. Xxxx Payment means a payment through Xxxx Pay that allows you to pay or transfer funds to designated Billers based upon your instructions to us using a personal computer or Eligible Mobile Device. Xxxx Payment Account means the checking Account you have designated on your BMO Xxxxxx Xxxx Pay profile for us to debit with respect to payments made through the Xxxx Pay Service in Digital Banking.
