Aggregation Group definition

Aggregation Group means either a Required Aggregation Group or a Permissive Aggregation Group as hereinafter determined.

More Definitions of Aggregation Group

Aggregation Group means the group of plans, if any, that includes both the group of plans that are required to be aggregated and the group of plans that are permitted to be aggregated.
Aggregation Group means the group of plans in a Mandatory Aggregation Group, if any, that includes the Plan, unless inclusion of Related Plans in the Permissive Aggregation Group in the Aggregation Group would prevent the Plan from being a Top Heavy Plan, in which case "Aggregation Group" means the group of plans consisting of the Plan and each other Related Plan in a Permissive Aggregation Group with the Plan.
Aggregation Group means the group composed of each qualified retirement plan of the Employer or an Affiliate in which a Key Employee is a member and each other qualified retirement plan of the Employer or an Affiliate which enables a plan of the Employer or an Affiliate in which a Key Employee is a member to satisfy Sections 401(a)(4) or 410 of the Code. In addition, the TPA, at the direction of the Plan Administrator, may choose to treat any other qualified retirement plan as a member of the Aggregation Group if such Aggregation Group will continue to satisfy Sections 401(a)(4) and 410 of the Code with such plan being taken into account.
Aggregation Group. The group consisting of each qualified plan of an Employer (and its Related Companies) (1) in which a Key Employee is a participant or was a participant during the determination period (regardless of whether such plan has terminated), or (2) which enables another plan in the group to meet the requirements of Code sections 401(a)(4) or 410(b). The Employer may also treat any other qualified plan as part of the group if the group would continue to meet the requirements of Code sections 401(a)(4) and 410(b) with such plan being taken into account.
Aggregation Group means all the residential and small commercial retail customers of ComEd in the corporate limits of the Village that have not opted out of the Program and are permitted under the terms of the Act to participate in the Program.
