Aggregated Data definition

Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.
Aggregated Data means any Consumption Data or Customer Account Information, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.
Aggregated Data means information that relates to a group or category of individuals, from which any potential individuals’ personal identifying information has been permanently “anonymized” by commercially available standards to irreversibly alter data in such a way that a data subject (i.e., individual person or impersonal entity) can no longer be identified directly or indirectly.

More Definitions of Aggregated Data

Aggregated Data refers to aggregated, de-identified and statistical data captured by the Administrator from the performance and operation of the System and Services, including, without limitation, the number of records or accounts in a System, the number and types of transactions processed, the number and types of reports run, the length of time needed for the system to process requests, and system configurations such as hardware, operating systems, internet service providers and mobile networks used by customers to access the Services.
Aggregated Data means any Consumption Data from two or more Customers combined so that an individual Customer’s Consumption Data cannot be easily determined.
Aggregated Data means any data expressed in a summary form, for purposes such as statistical analysis to de-identify the Data and prevent unlawful or unauthorized disclosure of PII and/or Student-Level Data.
Aggregated Data means statistical data derived from the operations of the Services and/or Software which does not identify Customer nor any User.
Aggregated Data means information that relates to a group or category of consumers:
Aggregated Data means the output resulting from summarising the primary or detailed data for specific analytic purposes;
Aggregated Data means data: (i) anonymized, and not identifiable to any individual person or entity; (ii) combined with the data of other users of an Avast Secure Gateway, and/or additional data sources; and (iii) presented in a manner by which individual users of an Avast Secure Gateway may not be identified.
