Aggregate Shares definition

Aggregate Shares means, without duplication, the aggregate number of the Company Shares, shares of the Company's Class B Common Stock, the Class A Exchangeable Shares and Class B Exchangeable Shares and the number of shares of the foregoing into which any other outstanding shares of any class of stock convertible or exchangeable into any of the foregoing may be converted or exchanged, including pursuant to a stock split, consolidation, reorganization, merger, amalgamation, reclassification or recapitalization;
Aggregate Shares means the sum of (a) the number of shares of Company Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the First Effective Time including, for the avoidance of doubt, without duplication, the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon conversion of shares of Company Series C Preferred Stock as contemplated by Section ‎2.4(b), plus (b), without duplication of any shares included in (a), the aggregate number of shares of Company Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Vested Company Options that are outstanding immediately prior to the First Effective Time.
Aggregate Shares means the number of shares of Company Common Stock equal to the sum of (x) the total number of Shares (including any Company Restricted Stock Awards) issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time (other than any Excluded Shares) plus (y) the number of Shares into which the Convertible Notes are convertible immediately prior to the Effective Time (assuming Physical Settlement as defined in the Convertible Notes Indenture);

Aggregate Shares means the sum of the Class 7 Securities and the Class 9 Securities and shall equal 15 million shares.
