Aggregate Par Amount definition

Aggregate Par Amount means, (i) with respect to any Up-MACRO Holding Shares, an amount equal to the number of such Up-MACRO Holding Shares multiplied by the Up-MACRO Stated Par Amount, (ii) with respect to any Down-MACRO Holding Shares, an amount equal to the number of such Down-MACRO Holding Shares multiplied by the Down-MACRO Stated Par Amount, (iii) with respect to any Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares, an amount equal to the number of such Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares multiplied by the Up-MACRO Stated Par Amount, and (iv) with respect to any Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares, an amount equal to the number of such Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares multiplied by the Down-MACRO Stated Par Amount.
Aggregate Par Amount means, as the context requires, (i) the Up Aggregate Par Amount, (ii) the Down Aggregate Par Amount or, (iii) if less than all of the Up or Down MacroShares that are outstanding are being referenced, the number of such Up or Down MacroShares multiplied by their Par Amount of $25.
Aggregate Par Amount means, (i) with respect to any Up MacroShares, an amount equal to the number of such Up MacroShares multiplied by the Up Stated Par Amount, and (ii) with respect to any Down MacroShares, an amount equal to the number of such Down MacroShares multiplied by the Down Stated Par Amount.
