Where "Aggregate Outstanding Nominal Amount Rounding" is not specified in the relevant Final Terms as being applicable, in order to calculate the Interest Amount payable per Note, the Calculation Agent will apply the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period to the Calculation Amount and multiply the product by the relevant Day Count Fraction, rounding the resulting figure to the nearest sub-unit of the Settlement Currency.
