For so long as Xxxxx is the Servicer, Xxxxx shall have the right to purchase all of the existing Transferred Receivables if, at any time, the aggregate Receivable Balance of the Transferred Receivables is 10% or less of the Aggregate Net Investment as of the Original Closing Date.
On the date after all Termination Dates on which the Aggregate Net Investment is zero, all accrued Discount and Servicing Fees have been paid in full and all other Aggregate Unpaids have been paid in full, any funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account shall be paid to the Transferor.

Until such amount shall be repaid, such amount shall be deemed to be Aggregate Net Investment paid by the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall be deemed to be the owner of a Transferred Interest hereunder.
