Aggregate LC Exposure definition

Aggregate LC Exposure means at any time the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate amount that is (or may thereafter become) available for drawing under all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time and (ii) the aggregate unpaid amount of all LC Reimbursement Obligations outstanding at such time.
Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time and (b) the aggregate amount which has been drawn under Letters of Credit but for which the applicable Issuing Lender or the Lenders, as the case may be, have not been reimbursed by Viacom or the relevant Subsidiary Borrower at such time.
Aggregate LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time.
