Aggregate Dividends definition

Aggregate Dividends means a cumulative number of shares of Company Stock assuming same day reinvestment in Company Stock on the ex-dividend date of the dividends paid on a share of Company Stock during the Performance Period.
Aggregate Dividends means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate amount of any dividends paid on each Buyer’s Initial TERP Class A Shares while any such Buyer is the holder of record thereof
