Aggregate Addition Accounts definition

Aggregate Addition Accounts means the Aggregate Addition Accounts, as defined in the Receivables Purchase Agreement, that are designated hereby and listed on Schedule 1 hereto.
Aggregate Addition Accounts means revolving credit or other charge or credit accounts established pursuant to a revolving credit agreement or other charge or credit agreement, respectively, between an Account Owner and the person or persons obligated to make payments thereunder, excluding any merchant, which is designated by such Account Owner to be included as an Account.
Aggregate Addition Accounts means, with respect to any asset pool, any Additional Accounts, other than New Accounts, designated to be included in the Portfolio of that asset pool.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
