Agent’s Office definition

Agent’s Office means the Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 10.02, or such other address or account as the Agent may from time to time notify the Lead Borrower and the Lenders.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided in any Loan Document, all payments to be made by the Company under any Loan Document shall be made to the Agent for the account of the Lenders at the Agent’s Office, and shall be made in dollars and in immediately available funds, no later than 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date specified in such Loan Document.
