AGENTS DEBIT BALANCES definition

AGENTS DEBIT BALANCES means, with respect to the Company, the aggregate of all agents balances and advanced Commissions owed to the Company with respect to the Reinsured Contracts, determined in accordance with Applicable SAP and appropriately includable on lines 2.1 and 0501 of Exhibit 13 of the NAIC Annual Statement Blank or in comparable line items in successor NAIC annual statement blanks.

AGENTS DEBIT BALANCES means, with respect to the applicable Insurer, the aggregate of all agents balances and advanced Commissions owed to such Insurer with respect to the Insurance Contracts, determined in accordance with Applicable SAP and appropriately includable on lines 2.1 and 0501 of Exhibit 13 of the NAIC Annual Statement Blank or in comparable line items in successor NAIC annual statement blanks.

  • Debit Balance means, as of any date, the dollar amount, if any, representing the accrued aggregate Annual Charge not deducted from the Liquid Balance.

In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.

  • Economic Capital Account Balance has the meaning provided in Section 5.1(e) hereof.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Agent’s Account means the Deposit Account of Agent identified on Schedule A-1.

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Account Balance means, with respect to a Participant, an entry on the records of the Employer equal to the sum of (i) the Deferral Account balance, (ii) the Company Contribution Account balance, and (iii) the Company Restoration Matching Account balance. The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • FT Account Pool #: Mortgagor's Name, Address and Zip Code: Mortgage Loan Number: Reason for Requesting Documents (check one)

  • Administrative fund means that Fund established by Section 6.1 and administered pursuant to Section 6.9.

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.
