Agent Fee definition

Agent Fee means the fees that the Borrower shall pay to the Agent as separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Agent.
Agent Fee has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.6(b).
Agent Fee means the “agent fee” set forth in the Xxxxx Fargo Fee Letter.
