Agent Bank definition

Agent Bank means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the entity (if any) appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.
Agent Bank means any bank appointed by the CPF Board for purposes of the Central Provident Fund (Investment Schemes) Regulations 2000, or such other legislation as may be enacted or supplemented from time to time;
Agent Bank means any bank which is allowed by the CPF Board to handle CPF-OA monies for purposes of the Regulations.
