Agency Standards definition

Agency Standards means the customary standards and documentation principles that apply generally to the role of administrative agents and collateral agents in syndicated business loans in the United States; provided, that any disputes with respect to the scope or application of such Agency Standards shall be determined by the Required Lenders acting in good faith, in consultation with the Administrative Agent.
