Agency Security means a Mortgage-backed Security issued or guaranteed by Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac or Xxxxxx Mae.
Agency Security means a mortgage-backed security issued or guaranteed by an Agency.

Agency Security means a security issued in exchange for Purchased Mortgage Loans and backed by such Purchased Mortgage Loans that is (a) guaranteed by Xxxxxx Mae or (b) issued by Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac.
Agency Security. A fully modified pass-through mortgage-backed certificate guaranteed by GNMA, a guaranteed mortgage pass-through certificate issued by Xxxxxx Xxx, or a mortgage participation certificate issued by Xxxxxxx Mac, in each case representing or backed by the Mortgage Pool which is the subject of a Transaction. The particular Agency Security for the relevant Agency is alternatively referred to as, with respect to (x) GNMA, “GNMA Securities”, (y) Xxxxxx Xxx, “Xxxxxx Xxx Securities”, and (z) Xxxxxxx Mac, “Xxxxxxx Mac Securities”.
Agency Security means a mortgage-backed security issued or fully guaranteed as to the receipt of timely interest and ultimate principal by an Agency and is backed by a pool of Eligible Mortgage Loans, in substantially the principal amount and with substantially the other terms as specified with respect to such security in the related Takeout Commitment. The particular Agency Security for the relevant Agency is alternatively referred to as: “GNMA Securities” (in the case of Xxxxxx Mae), “Xxxxxx Xxx Securities” (in the case of Xxxxxx Mae) and “Xxxxxxx Mac Securities” (in the case of Xxxxxxx Mac).
Agency Security shall refer to a GNMA Security, a FNMA Security or a FHLMC Security;
Agency Security means a Mortgage-Backed Security either (a) issued by an Agency or (b) issued by Seller, guaranteed by VA or insured by FHA, and comprised of VA Loans or FHA Loans, as applicable.
