Agency Requirements definition

Agency Requirements means, collectively, the Xxxxxx Mae Requirements, the Xxxxxxx Mac Requirements, and the Xxxxxx Mae Requirements.
Agency Requirements means any and all requirements of any Agency that are applicable to any Agency Loan (and/or the origination, sale, commitment to insure or guarantee, and/or servicing thereof), including the requirements set forth in the Agency Agreements, as such requirements may have been waived and/or modified with the written or electronic approval of the applicable Agency.
Agency Requirements. The rules, regulations, announcements, notices, directives and instructions of the Agency, as applicable, including, without limitation, the Agency contracts or commitments (which contracts or commitments incorporate by reference all applicable Agency Selling and Servicing Guides and the underlying FHA and/or VA rules, regulations and requirements) with respect to the Mortgage Loans, and any revisions to same.

More Definitions of Agency Requirements

Agency Requirements means the applicable rules, regulations, directives, and instructions of an Agency, including, without limitation, the applicable requirements of the Guides and the Agency Agreements.
Agency Requirements means the applicable rules, regulations, directives and instructions of Xxxxxx Xxx and Freddie Mac, including, without limitation, the applicable requirements of the Xxxxxx Xxx Guides and the Freddie Mac Guides, respectively.
Agency Requirements means, collectively, the Fannie Mae Requirements, the Freddie Mac Requirements, and the Ginnie Mae Requirements.
Agency Requirements. The applicable rules, regulations, announcements, notices, directives and instructions of an Agency, including, without limitation, (i) the FNMA Guide; (ii) the FNMA Pool purchase contracts or master commitments; and (iii) all exhibits, schedules, amendments and supplements to (i) and (ii).
Agency Requirements means with respect to any Portfolio Mortgage Loan, (a) the Xxxxxx Xxx Contract and (b) the statutes and implementing regulations governing the mortgage loan insurance or guarantee program of the FHA, PIH, USDA or VA, as applicable, and any agreements, announcements, directives and correspondence related thereto, and all amendments to any of the foregoing. Related to Agency Requirements

  • Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Security Requirements means the requirements regarding the security of Personal Data, as set out in the Data Protection Laws (including, in particular, the seventh data protection principle of the DPA and/ or the measures set out in Article 32(1) of the GDPR (taking due account of the matters described in Article 32(2) of the GDPR)) as applicable;

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Authority Requirements means the operational requirements, functions and characteristics of the Framework set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirements)

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Mandatory City Requirements means those City laws set forth in the San Francisco Municipal Code, including the duly authorized rules, regulations, and guidelines implementing such laws that impose specific duties and obligations upon Contractor.

  • Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Security Requirement means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time:

  • Privacy and Security Requirements means (a) all Privacy Laws; (b) all applicable Privacy Contracts, and (c) all applicable Privacy Policies.

  • Agency Worker means the individual who is Introduced by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;

  • Mandatory Requirements means those requirements described herein, which shall be fully satisfied in order for any Proposal to be considered by the City as a qualified Proposal.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all Requirements of Law, to the extent applicable to the items and services provided by the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary, relating to the privacy and security of information technology assets and equipment, computers, systems, networks, hardware, software, websites, applications, and databases and personal, personally identifiable, sensitive, confidential or regulated data and, in each case, to the protection thereof from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Liquidity Requirement shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.12(b).

  • Statutory Requirements means all approvals, consents, permits, or licences necessary for the purposes of the Project from the State, any government department, authority, instrumentality or local government authority, and includes, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all approvals, consents, permits, and licences, for engineering drawings, construction plans, earthworks and structures necessary for the purposes of the Project;

  • Agency Workers Regulations means the Agency Workers Regulations 2010;

  • Regulatory Requirements means all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, regulatory guidance, judicial or administrative rulings, requirements of Governmental Contracts and standards and requirements of any accrediting or certifying organization, including, but not limited to, the requirements set forth in a Product Attachment.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

  • Regulatory Requirement means any law, regulation or court order, or any rule, direction, guideline, code, notice or restriction (whether or not having the force of law) issued by any regulatory authority, governmental agency (including tax authority), clearing or settlement bank or exchange, or industry or self-regulatory body, whether in or outside Hong Kong, to which HKICL, we or any other Participant or the respective affiliates or group companies, or you are subject or are expected to comply with from time to time.

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.

  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and other provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety, and pollution or protection of the environment, including without limitation all those relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or byproducts, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, noise or radiation, each as amended and as now or hereafter in effect.

  • Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.
