Agency Procurement Officer definition

Agency Procurement Officer means the “Contracting Officer” as defined in the RFP.
Agency Procurement Officer means any person duly authorized to enter into and administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto. The term also includes an authorized representative acting within the limits of authority.
Agency Procurement Officer means the appropriate Agency individual listed at: http://www.state.wv.us/admin/purchase/vrc/agencyli.html.
