Agency needs are those actions taken by an agency in order to meet its mission of protecting the public, providing a safe and humane environment for staff and offenders, working in partnership with the community to provide programs and services to offenders, and supervising offenders at a level of security commensurate with the danger they present.

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • Federal Health Care Program has the meaning set forth in 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7b(f).

  • Contact therapy system means a therapeutic radiation machine with a short target to skin distance (TSD), usually less than five centimeters.

  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
