Agency Fee Letter definition

Agency Fee Letter means the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).
Agency Fee Letter means that agency fee letter dated as of the Closing Date by and among the Nexstar Borrower, the Borrower, the other VIE Borrowers and the Group Administrative Agents.
Agency Fee Letter means the agency fee letter agreement, dated as of November 10, 2015, between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
