Agency ethics official means the designated agency ethics official described in 5 CFR 2638.201 or other designated person, including—
Agency ethics official means for Headquarters, the General Counsel and the Associate General Counsel for General Law, and for each center, the Chief Counsel.
Agency ethics official. ’ means the attorney within the Of- fice of the General Counsel designated to serve as Ethics Of- ficer, currently the Deputy General Counsel.
