AG Flaring definition

AG Flaring means the combustion of Acid Gas and/or Sour Water Stripper Gas in an AG Flaring Device.
AG Flaring means, for purposes of this Addendum, the combustion of Acid Gas and/or Sour Water Stripper Gas in an AG Flaring Device. Nothing in this definition shall be construed to modify, limit, or affect EPA's authority to regulate the flaring of gases that do not fall within the definitions contained in this Addendum of Acid Gas or Sour Water Stripper Gas.
AG Flaring means, for purposes of this Consent Decree, the combustion of Acid Gas and/or Sour Water Stripper Gas in a Flaring Device.

Examples of AG Flaring in a sentence

  • Subsequent, contiguous, non-overlapping periods are measured from the initial commencement of flaring within the AG Flaring Incident.

  • In response to any AG Flaring Incident, the permittee shall take, as expeditiously as practicable, such interim and/or long-term corrective actions, if any, as are consistent with good engineering practice to minimize the likelihood of a recurrence of the Root Cause and all significant contributing causes of that AG Flaring Incident.

  • Calculation of the Quantity of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions Resulting from AG Flaring.

  • Subsequent, contiguous, non-overlapping periods are measured from the initial commencement of Flaring within the AG Flaring Incident.

  • For purposes of this Consent Decree, the quantity of SO2 emissions resulting from an AG Flaring Incident shall be calculated by the following formula:Tons of SO2 = [FR][TD][ConcH2S][8.44 x 10-5].The quantity of SO2 emitted shall be rounded to one decimal point.

  • As to Paragraph 83, the AG Flaring Incident does not meet the identified criteria.

  • The date and time that the AG Flaring Incident started and ended.

Related to AG Flaring

  • Dusting aid means a product designed or labeled to assist in removing dust and other soils from floors and other surfaces without leaving a wax or silicone based coating. “Dusting Aid” does not include “Pressurized Gas Duster.”

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.

  • Hazing means committing an act against a student, or coercing a student into committing an act, that creates a substantial risk of harm to a person, in order for the student to be initiated into or affiliated with a student organization, or for any other purpose. The term hazing includes, but is not limited to:

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • borehole means a hole sunk into the earth for the purpose of locating, abstracting or using subterranean water and includes a spring;

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • Ambient air means that portion of the atmosphere, external to buildings, to which the general public has access.

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • Rubbing alcohol means any product containing isopropyl alcohol (also called isopropanol) or denatured ethanol and labeled for topical use, usually to decrease germs in minor cuts and scrapes, to relieve minor muscle aches, as a rubefacient, and for massage.

  • Filtering facepiece (dust mask) means a negative pressure particulate respirator with a filter as an integral part of the facepiece or with the entire facepiece composed of the filtering medium, not equipped with elastomeric sealing surfaces and adjustable straps.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion."

  • Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.

  • Anaerobic digestion ’ means a controlled process involving microbial decomposition of organic matter in the absence of oxygen ;

  • Topsoil means a varying depth (up to 300 mm) of the soil profile irrespective of the fertility, appearance, structure, agricultural potential, fertility and composition of the soil;

  • Hydraulic fracturing means the fracturing of underground rock formations, including shale and non-shale formations, by manmade fluid-driven techniques for the purpose of stimulating oil, natural gas, or other subsurface hydrocarbon production.

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Dry cleaning fluid means any non-aqueous liquid product designed and labeled exclusively for use on: fabrics which are labeled "for dry clean only", such as clothing or drapery; or S-coded fabrics. Dry cleaning fluid includes, but is not limited to, those products used by commercial dry cleaners and commercial businesses that clean fabrics such as draperies at the customer's residence or work place. Dry cleaning fluid does not include spot remover or carpet and upholstery cleaner. For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.

  • Drum means any cylindrical metal shipping container of 13 to 110 gallon capacity.

  • Cider means an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of juice from primarily apples or pears, or both, which contains not less than 1/2 of 1% and not more than 8.5% of alcohol by volume. Cider may be still or carbonated and may contain other fruits, spices, botanicals, or other flavors.

  • Field-flattening filter means a filter used to homogenize the absorbed dose rate over the radiation field.
