Affordable Housing Requirements definition

Affordable Housing Requirements means the requirements set forth in Section 3.03 herein with respect to the Workforce/Affordable Housing Units comprising part of the Project.
Affordable Housing Requirements has the meaning provided in Schedule P attached hereto.
Affordable Housing Requirements has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.1. “AMI” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.1.1.

More Definitions of Affordable Housing Requirements

Affordable Housing Requirements means any Laws or private covenants, conditions and restrictions which require any residential dwelling units at any Property to be made available as affordable housing units, low income housing units or moderate income housing units or similar designation.

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision
