Affordable Housing Contribution definition

Affordable Housing Contribution means the sum of £1,500,000 in total (with no indexation) for the purpose of the provision of off-site Affordable Housing in the Borough of Epsom & Xxxxx payable by the Developer in accordance with paragraph 2.1.1 of this Schedule 1;
