Affordable Dwellings definition

Affordable Dwellings means any one of the [specify number]11 dwellings (including any associated parking space(s) and residential curtilage) referred to in the Application and/or the approved Affordable Housing Scheme [in accordance with the Affordable Housing Mix] comprising: [delete as appropriate]

Affordable Dwellings means “Affordable Dwellings,” as defined in the ADU Ordinance, but subject to the applicable exemptions set forth in the letter dated September 5, 2019, from the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Development, Zoning Administration Division.
