Affirmative Actions means the ef- forts exerted towards achieving equal opportunity through positive, aggres- sive, and continuous result-oriented measures to correct past and present discriminatory practices and their ef- fects on the conditions and privileges of employment. These measures in- clude, but are not limited to, recruit- ment, hiring, promotion, upgrading, demotion, transfer, termination, com- pensation, and training;
