Examples of Affiliated MP Site in a sentence

  • AOL reserves the right to review and test the Affiliated MP Site from time to time to determine whether the site is compatible with AOL's then-available client and host software and the AOL Network.

  • MP will review, delete, edit, create, update and otherwise manage all Content available on or through the Affiliated MP Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • MP will be responsible for all communications, hosting and connectivity costs and expenses associated with the Affiliated MP Site.

  • MP will utilize Internet standard encryption technologies (e.g., Secure Socket Layer - SSL) to provide a secure environment for conducting transactions and/or transferring private member information (e.g. credit card numbers, banking/financial information, and member address information) to and from the Affiliated MP Site.

  • In addition, AOL Users will have the right to access and use the Affiliated MP Site.

  • MP will ensure that the Affiliated MP Site complies at all times with the standards set forth in Exhibit E.

  • Support to be provided by AOL is contingent on MP providing to AOL demo account information (where applicable), a detailed description of the Affiliated MP Site's software, hardware and network architecture and access to the Affiliated MP Site for purposes of such performance and load testing as AOL elects to conduct.

  • Prior to commercial launch of any material promotions described herein, MP will permit AOL to conduct performance and load testing of the Affiliated MP Site (in person or through remote communications), with such commercial launch not to commence until such time as AOL is reasonably satisfied with the results of any such testing.

  • Affiliated Manager means any Manager in which Borrower, Principal, or Guarantor has, directly or indirectly, any legal, beneficial or economic interest.
