Affiliated Group Member definition

Affiliated Group Member means any organization which supports the sport of swimming and the objectives and programs of VSI and USA Swimming, but which does not have athlete members and coach members, which is in good standing as a group member of VSI and USA Swimming, and which is neither a club member or a seasonal member.

Affiliated Group Member means any member of the “affiliated group,” as such term is defined in Section 1504 of the Code (but determined without regard to Section 1504(b) of the Code), which includes the Company.
