Affiliated Companies definition

Affiliated Companies shall include any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

Affiliated Companies means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other business entity controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company. One entity shall be presumed to control another if it owns directly, or indirectly through other Affiliated Companies, a majority of the outstanding voting equity interests of the other entity.

Affiliated Companies means the Company and any entity affiliated with the Company under Code sections 414(b) or (c).

• Limitation on Recipients Supplier shall also limit access to or disclosure of the Confidential Information only to those bodies, employees or advisors as well bodies, employees or advisors from Affiliated Companies to those cases where such access is critical to their contribution to the Project.

More Definitions of Affiliated Companies

Affiliated Companies means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

Affiliated Companies means the Company, all of its subsidiaries, and any other entities controlled by, controlling, or under common control with the Company, including any successors thereof, except that, following the consummation of a Change in Control, for purposes of §§ 5(B) and 5(C), Affiliated Companies shall be limited to the Company and it subsidiaries as of immediately prior to the consummation of such Change in Control.
