Affiliate Program definition

Affiliate Program. The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.

Affiliate Program means collaboration between the Company and the Affiliate whereby the Affiliate promotes the Operator Websites and creates Affiliate Links from the Affiliate Website(s) to Operator Websites. For such services the Affiliate is paid a commission depending on the generated traffic to the Operator Websites, subject to terms within this Affiliate Agreement and to the applicable product-specific Commission Structure.

Affiliate Program means the training program that provides an approved child care pediatric first aid, CPR, or preventive health and safety training because of its association with a training program approved by the EMS Authority.

Examples of Affiliate Program in a sentence

• If you do not make the changes to your link placement that we feel are necessary, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Protekt Worldwide, LLC Affiliate Program.

• You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of Protekt Worldwide, LLC Affiliate Program.

• Your continued participation in a Protekt Worldwide, LLC Affiliate Program following the posting of the change notice or new agreement on our site will indicate your agreement and acceptance to the changes made.

• Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and Protekt Worldwide, LLC Affiliate Program rules.

More Definitions of Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program means any arrangement whereby any person or entity: (a) provides respondent with, or refers to respondent, potential or actual customers; or (b) otherwise markets, advertises, or offers for sale any product or service on behalf of respondent.

Affiliate Program means the Affiliate offering QT makes available to you as set out in this Affiliate Agreement;

Affiliate Program is defined in the preamble of these T&Cs. “Confidential Information” is defined under Section 6.

Affiliate Program means any agreement whereby any person agrees to provide Defendants with, or refers to Defendants, potential or actual customers.
