AFFILIATE of any Person: any other Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with such Person.
An "AFFILIATE" of any Person (as defined herein) means a Person that, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the first mentioned Person.
