Affiliate Entity definition

Affiliate Entity means any entity listed in sections 9 or 10 below or any entity under common management with the Contractor.

Affiliate Entity means any entity wholly-owned by either the Developer or its Principals, or any entity under common control of or by the Developer or its Principals, or under common control by the shareholders or principals of the same.

Affiliate Entity means any Person who, directly or indirectly, has the ability to elect one or more of the members of the board of directors of the Borrower or any Parent Company.

• The Contractor or an owner, partner, officer, representative, agent or Affiliate Entity of the Contractor either i) has a PILOT agreement withthe City of New Haven or ii) owes back taxes and has executed an agreement with the City of New Haven to pay said back taxes in installment payments.
