Affected Premises definition

Affected Premises means the Affected Premises as defined in Paragraph 18.

Affected Premises means the household or business premises occupied by an affected occupier.

Affected Premises means the premises the subject of the Application.

Examples of Affected Premises in a sentence

• The cost of removing and disposing of such property and repairing any damage to any of the Leased Premises or Affected Premises, if applicable, caused by such removal shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord upon demand.

• Property not so removed shall become the property of Landlord, and Landlord may thereafter cause such property to be removed from the Leased Premises or Affected Premises, if applicable.

More Definitions of Affected Premises

Affected Premises means the Affected Premises as defined in clause 8.17.4; Alteration or Additions means all alterations and additions made to any part of the Premises including without limitation additions or alterations to the Plant, changes to the existing design or appearance of the Premises or any alteration in or extension to the electrical installations located in the Premises or the erection of any new building; Basic Rent means £1,198,650 per annum from the Commencement Date as increased in accordance with the provisions of Part 4 of the Schedule; Breach Event means any of the events set out in clause 13; Buildings means the 11,114 square foot, two-storey office building constructed on the Land described in section (A) of Part 1 of the Schedule which is part of the Office Premises; the 145,620 square foot manufacturing building constructed on the Land described in section (B) of Part 1 of the Schedule which is part of the Manufacturing 1 Premises; and the approximately 56,660 square foot manufacturing facility constructed on the Land described in section (C) of Part I of the Schedule which is part of the Manufacturing 2 Premises;

Affected Premises means a parcel of property, which is located within a Restricted Zone.

Affected Premises means a Related Premises that is the subject of a Casualty/Condemnation Termination Event.

Affected Premises is any premises or location where the Authority is carrying out disease control operations or other emergency response. AHVLA: means Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency, an Executive Agency of the Authority.

Affected Premises means the Affected Premises as defined in Paragraph 18. "Alterations" shall mean all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or
