Restricted License is any material license or other agreement with respect to which Borrower is the licensee (a) that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property, or (b) for which a default under or termination of could interfere with the Bank’s right to sell any Collateral.
Affected source means a source that includes one or more affected units.
Affiliated Licensee Assignment The Broker has assigned (Selling Licensee) to work with Purchaser and (Listing Licensee) to work with Seller. Each shall be deemed to act for and represent exclusively the party to whom each has been assigned. Transaction Brokerage Disclosure Seller and Purchaser are aware that if they are not represented by a Broker they are each solely responsible for protecting their own interests. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that the Broker may perform ministerial acts for either party as a Transaction Broker. Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.
Affected Party has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).
Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.
Excluded Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).
Affected entity means a county, municipality, local district, special service
Company Licensed IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by a third party and licensed to the Company or to which the Company otherwise has a right to use.
Lapsed license “permit,” or “registration” means a license, permit, or registration that a person has failed to renew as required or the license, permit, or registration of a person who failed to meet stated obligations for renewal within a stated time. A person whose license, permit, or registration has lapsed continues to hold the privilege of licensure or registration in Iowa, but may not practice dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting until the license, permit, or registration is reinstated.
Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.
Expedited license means a full and unrestricted medical license granted by a member state to an eligible physician through the process set forth in the compact.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
IDC means the NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator used for identifying and requesting congestion management relief.
Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.
