Examples of Affected Claims in a sentence
Claims listed under Section 19(2) of the CCAA (“Section 19(2) Claims”) shall be Affected Claims for the purposes of this Plan; provided, however, that Section 19(2) Claims shall be deemed Unaffected Claims to the extent held by any Creditors who have not voted in favour of the Plan.
On the Plan Implementation Date, all Affected Claims will be fully and finally compromised, released, settled and discharged to the extent provided for under the Plan.
The procedure for determining the validity and quantum of the Affected Claims for voting and distribution purposes under the Plan shall be governed by the Claims Procedure Order, the Meeting Order, the CCAA, the Plan and any further Order of the Court.
Interest shall not accrue or be paid on Affected Claims on or after the Filing Date, and no holder of an Affected Claim shall be entitled to interest accruing on or after the Filing Date.
