The Recipient must submit a reimbursement request of its eligible costs to the Director of the Office of Aeronautics on a quarterly basis or as directed by State’s Authorized Representative.
In addition to the foregoing, Recipient will not receive payment for Airport’s failure to pass periodic inspections by a representative of the State’s Office of Aeronautics.
The Authority was granted all rights and powers granted to cities and counties pursuant to Chapter 63 of the General Statutes (Aeronautics) to plan, promote, extend, maintain, purchase, construct, install, improve, repair, and enlarge the airport and airport facilities and to enter into all contracts and agreements necessary or incidental to the performance of its duties and execution of any other powers conferred by the Act.
The State’s Office of Aeronautics will supply the reimbursement request forms which Recipient must submit.
